It’s one thing to create a campaign that tells you when to vote. It’s another thing to explain why it’s important to vote. To do this we made the important decision to include a sense of the ‘human’ in the voting process and what a vote can help achieve.

We take voting for granted. Or we only do it because we have to. Our work brought meaning to a process that people tend not to think greatly about.

We engaged a trusted production company to create the ad. As we needed to capture the animator drawing each item himself, he decided to treat himself to a manicure first.

Our work needed to be adaptable across numerous election cycles, and be aired sometimes years apart.

A campaign that needed to be relevant and engaging to one of the broadest demographics there is – the entire population of Tasmania aged 18 and over? Easy.
