Department of State Growth – Distance Makes the Difference

Something unexpected was needed to shake drivers out of their complacency around sharing the road with bicycles. Based around social norms that everyone could relate to and a clear call to action, the result was a campaign that not only had an immediate effect locally, but made its way around the world, with the screenpiece gaining a global reach of more than a million people in the week after the launch.


Our second Distance Makes The Difference instalment breathes fresh life into the campaign, once again charmingly demonstrating how distance really does make a difference to us, and those around us.
